Natural Chronic Pain Relief
I am not a licensed health professional and so you won’t get a health consultation from this post . I can only offer a considered perspective on something you can check out if you’re suffering because of chronic pain.
Chronic pain – by definition – is long lasting and/or recurrent . It can go on for weeks or- happens all too often – for years. Chronic pain isn’t the the immediate pain you feel when you’re injured . The simple truth is that if you get injured , it’s going to hurt the next day . Pain is your body’s way of telling you that something is actually wrong. For most sprains and twists , the pain you feel after is from the inflammation caused in the cells .
Along this line , the immediate pain and chronic pain have something in common . That connection is inflammation. Inflammation is often common ongoing condition that many of us suffer from even if we don’t know about it. But if a symptom of the inflammation is pain, it gets our attention .
Inflammation is frequently created from an unchecked action of free radical damage within our cells. One reason that the damage can continue is a shortage of enough antioxidants in the body to scavenge the free radicals. There are many reasons for free radicals and a variety of antioxidants that will fight them, but not all of them are equally useful and one of the most important is Glutathione .
Glutathione is often referred to as the Master Antioxidant for the simple reason that it’s present in every cell of your body. Because it is meant to always be at the scene of the crime , glutathione is totally adapted to support the removal of free radicals . Unfortunately , as we get older we make less the Master Antioxidant .
So my point is , one thing you can try and something that has worked for people suffering from chronic pain is to increase the level of antioxidants in your system in order to clean the free radicals and reduce the inflammation. Try increasing your intake of Vitamins E and C . Add more fresh vegetables and fruit to your diet and to boost your glutathione production you can take MaxGXL or the new MaxONE, touted by some as the best antioxidant supplement .
